How long does it take for store management to callback a customer regarding an issue? I've been waiting for 5 days and no one has reached out to me yet.

    Greetings. This is the busiest time of year for our stores, if you have not gotten a call back yet we can look into this further with you, keep in mind you may also visit a Micro Center store at any time during store hours to speak with store management as well.
