Good evening everyone,I just recently bought a headset from the Flushing Micro Center and I understand that there is a policy where we as customers cannot return headsets due to covid. But the headset I have does not work. The bluetooth headset is over $200 worth.I am not looking to get a refund and go. My question is would they be willing to let me return the headset for a different one with the same or lower value?
