Keeping this alive in 2025! We really do need a location in either Huntsville or Madison Alabama. It would do really well here and personally I miss micro center since moving here from Denver.

I've got undeveloped commercial property in both Madison and Huntsville. Just need to know how many acres they need and if what I have is a good fit for them.
A lot of times site development costs are related to how expensive the land is. I know this and will work with them to make the project feasible if they'll reach out to me. I want a local MC as well—they're the closest thing to a Toys R Us for adults. :D
