Order was supposed to be delivered today but not yet shipped

Placed an order on 12/06 for PG35VQ, tracking says (said) it was supposed to be delivered today 12/08 from Columbus, OH. I paid extra for 1 day shipping. It still yet to be picked up by FedEx. Any help?
