
Over a Month and a Half to Purchase One $19 Part
My company needs a single $19 part to repair a piece of equipment. After creating an account and a week of phone calls, I found out that I needed to email [email protected] to get my company's tax exemption certificates processed. I emailed on 10/22. It's now 12/9 and the part has still not been ordered. The sales rep I have been in touch with has yet again gone silent on me. Is there any way for me to just buy this simple part?

It wasn't time sensitive a month and a half ago, but at this point my client is becoming impatient. I have already provided my tax-exemption certificates twice. I have been exchanging emails with Business Sales specialist Steve Wolnik since 10/22 with no results.
Can I get contact info for someone I can speak with about this? I really feel like I've been left in the dark on why I'm getting no responses.
Tony's suggestion in his prior post of placing the order and having the tax refunded after would be an option as well.
