Yes, this PC will run Fortnite at good FPS, though it largely depends on your monitor. It may struggle at say 4K gaming but at 1080p and 1440p, it should be good. -
27" 1440P is a really nice sweet spot imo right now.

Yeah, an RX580 (since that will be your bottleneck) can run Fortnite at over 100fps at Medium settings for the most part.
