How do I cancel an online order?

Hi, I just placed an online order (#11648555) and paid for two day shipping but was notified that it wouldn't be here until the 12/18. I would like help cancelling this order please.

I have submitted a request to get this order cancelled, you should receive an email as soon as the order is cancelled.
