Order issues: No order status or confirmation email after ordering online.

Hi! I have met an issue about the orders. I am posting here since I haven't found out how to contact customer services. Sorry about that.

I ordered an Epson printer and photo printing paper online on 12/11/2020. But I haven't received the confirmation emails. I tried to check on the order history page on the website. But there's no record (as in the attached screenshots below) on the order history page.

I am wondering if my orders are successfully placed and will be shipped soon? 

If true, could you please send me the confirmation emails and add the orders on the order history page; 

If not, could you please help me to cancel the orders?
