Purchased a printer on 04-22-2020

I purchased a new Epson ET-7750 printer on 04-22-2020 and purchased the 3 year warranty from Micro Center. I just received a new model from Epson after calling with a equipment failure. How do I exchange the new serial # for your records since I got the 3 year extended warranty with a different serial #? Thank You! Old Number X4P6010558

We will take care of this. I can setup a ticket and communicate with you via email and we'll get this corrected. Otherwise, you can just hang onto some paperwork from the repair and we'll correct it if you need to use the warranty in the future, at the store.
