Airflow cases quiet out of the box

Hello,
i'm planning a new build and thus looking at new cases and trying to balance good airflow and hopefully quiet fans.  my goal is to have quieter case compared to my current case and have been looking at the lancool 2 mesh performance or the phantek p500a (if i can even find them anywhere) but my main concern is how loud/quiet are the stock fans in those cases?  Or would it be better to just spend some extra money and replace/add with some bequiets or noctua case fans?

or even open to other case suggestions that people like with that balance.

currently i have an older Antec 900 case.  about a 7 year old pc for the most part which why im looking at new cases.

The Antec 900 is an old, but still a good case. I'd dump the the Antec 200mm in the top for certain. Otherwise replacing the fans isn't a bad idea at all.
