Price match question

I bought a monitor just today and asked the sales if they match the price with Office Depot, he asked the manager and approved it, I went to the cashier and forgot to mention the price match, so I was charged the full price. I figured when I got home. I'm calling the store but I cant reach someone to see what can I do. can you please let me know what should I do?

Greetings. I did find your purchase via your email, but the item is listed as "no longer available" on Office Depot's website https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/259253/Acer-Display-27-Widescreen-LED-Monitor/ Is there a different site you were referring to?

Thank you, we can do that price matching for you, looking at the purchase, it was a debit card transaction so we are unable to process this remotely, this would need to be corrected directly at your local Micro Center store.
