Help choosing graphics card

I am a software developer and stream videos about software development. For my configuration i am looking for graphics card less that $100. From the site, i found 

1. PowerColor Radeon RX 550 Single-Fan 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 Graphics Card
2. MSI Radeon RX 550 AERO ITX Overclocked Single-Fan 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 Graphics Card
   

3. Gigabyte GeForce GT 1030 Low Profile Single-Fan 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 Graphics Card

4. ASUS GeForce GT 1030 Phoenix Overclocked Single-Fan 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 Graphics Card

Which graphics card should i choose. please let me know

Thank you for posting on the Micro Center Community! 

Taking a look at your build, one thing I would remove is the Red Dragon CPU Cooler and the NZXT All in One Cooler as your processor comes with a CPU cooler already.  

For your GPU, the GTX 1030 is slightly better than the AMD RX 550.  I would look at the ASUS GT 1030 as well.
