Need help with Home Network issues--Win 7 and Win 10 machines

Every time I build or buy a new computer I spend days on end trying to get the network t o recognize the new machine.  Time is money. Is there Micro Center tech support available? 

Pretty sure the issue is an lder Win 7 Homegroup/Workgroup machine conflicting with newer Win 10 machines

Are you referring to in-home service? We do not offer that at Micro Center. Otherwise you can let us know what assistance you are looking for and we can see how we can assist you.

Is there phone support with a network specialist?  All the computers were purchased at Micro Center, over the past couple of years Or can you recommend a support service?

Because its advanced networking to setup a windows 7 and window 10 pc to share files over your network, the charge is $99.99 for advanced networking with remote troubleshooting. Do you normally set up your computers on a HomeGroup for all windows PCs to see and share files with each other over you network? If you do use the HomeGroup, take a look at the link below from Microsoft and attempt to rejoin all your windows PC's onto the same HomeGroup name.
