Help me decide!

Hi, currently looking into new monitors to connect with my Xbox Series X. I currently play games like Call of Duty (Cold War and MW). I have narrowed down the list to two monitors, the Acer Nitro XV240Y and the MSI Optix G241. Would you guys be able to provide me with some input.
