Help me decide!

Hi, currently looking into new monitors to connect with my Xbox Series X. I currently play games like Call of Duty (Cold War and MW).  I have narrowed down the list to two monitors, the Acer Nitro XV240Y and the MSI Optix G241. Would you guys be able to provide me with some input. Attached below will be the links to both monitors, thanks!
