Looking for suggestions on Power Supply

Hello. I suspect my Corsair cx500 power supply went out on my PC last night after 5 or 6 years of pretty heavy use. Can someone please recommend a comparable (meet the same minimum requirements) replacement power supply. I've been browsing the site and haven't had any luck locating the same item. Thanks in advance.

Looking in our system i looks like we do not carry that specific power supply any longer but we do have one similar to it  that has a little more wattage on it which is the CX550.  Were you looking to upgrade to a higher wattage than this?

If the one you suggested can handle equal to or higher wattage, than that will do just fine. It's just a replacement - the rest of the PC is remaining the same. Does Micro Center install items like this upon purchase or are there separate rates and scheduling involved for service?

We can install the power supply for you in store. It would be a fee for all service/installations. We are taking walk ins for service at all locations. You are welcome to schedule an appointment as well from here. I'd recommend to come in early when we open to avoid any lines.

The CX550 is 50 watts higher than the CX500. So it should work well with your system. We are able to offer this service!
