When will charge come off my credit card for a cancelled order?

My order No. is 11674777. I requested that it be cancelled, and I received an email today that it was. The email says that I was not charged, however, my credit card was charged for this order on 12/14 and the money has not been refunded. When will the money be refunded to my credit card?

Good Afternoon Mary. After looking into your order, I see it has been cancelled on our behalf and the refund process has taken place. The payment is taken at the time of submission for the order. Regarding the refund process, the reversal of funds is going through your bank at this time for review. Depending on the institution, it can take anywhere from three to seven business days before you see a credit on your bank statement.
