Paid for 2 day shipping, not shipping until the 24th. Need change to pick up . Nobody answering call

Hello. I placed an order late last night. Order number 11695895. I paid an extra $37.50 for two day shipping and received the email confirmation this morning stating it will not even ship until December 24th. This is a Christmas gift and I need it here by Christmas, which is why I chose 2 day shipping. Is there any way I can change the order from shipping to pick up in the Westmont, Illinois store? I have been on hold for quite some time and nobody is picking up the phone.
