Parkville Store Pickup

I placed an order this morning and picked Next Day shipping. After the order went through, I noticed the email says that my item will ship Dec 24th (Christmas Eve). I've been trying all day to talk to someone that works that the Parkville, MD store, or just works at Micro Center period. 

I would like to find out if I can expedite the processing/shipping, or change my order so that I can just drive to the store and pick it up. It's a Christmas gift. Can someone please respond?

Typically orders take 5-7 business days to process. However, with next day and 2-day shipping orders we do our best to expedite the process and get these orders out as soon as possible. I was able to look into your order and see that it has been processed and you should receive the shipment tracking information once a label has been created. From what info I can see, this should be today or tomorrow.
