I wish to build a high end gaming PC for VR use. I need advice.

Hi, 
Basically  what i need is a list of components that will work together. Then have you build it and ship it to me. System needs to be close to top notch with a mid size case. No led's or lights. intel i9 14 or 18 cores,. 64 ram, 1 x 2tb ssd, 1x 1tb ssd No graphic card (unless you have a rtx 3080). 1000watt power,  best cpu paste, liquid cooling, Need motherboard recommendation. Win 10 ...inexpensive keyboard mouse and monitor (will be used only to configure VR). Can some one help me out ? thanks

Do you have a certain budget in mind to stay under? Regarding the water cooling, are you looking for an AIO or a custom loop?
