Need Help Choosing Parts

Got this list off of youtube but some parts are not available and I would like some help first time trying to build a gaming/streaming pc. Also, I don't know if I am missing parts to complete this build? Would also like a more inexpensive case that can support these parts.

Just the GPU, but I assume that was left out due to availability. Otherwise, it's a high end build and you'll get what you pay for with these components. I might look at some other motherboards though. If you want to push the RAM, you'll get a bit further on a B550 board. Look at the MSI MAG Tomahawk boards. Most of their boards also have flashback built in, so you can flash the BIOS without needing an older CPU. This is not something that Asrock offers on their boards to my knowledge.
