Need Help Choosing Parts

Hello,
  I am looking to build a PC and could use some helping choosing the parts. My budget is $1200-$1400 and I plan to use the PC to play MOBAS (Smite and LoL) as well as shooters (Valorant/ FPS games) as well as using it for programming and running a few chemistry programs. If more information is needed for determining a suitable build let me know.

Greetings. Do you have any preference on AMD/Intel? Does your budget include a monitor or peripherals, or just the PC parts itself?

Hello I think I have a preference for AMD and the budget is only the PC parts.
