Hello,
Last Friday I purchased a

Micro Center 32" Stand Up Arcade Kit - Unassembled

When testing it appears with one of the Joysticks has a bad switch OR the USB controller has some poor soldering.  Is it possible to get replacement parts?

  • Hello @T_Flott we've emailed you regarding your other post on the price adjustment. Can you elaborate in detail what's wrong with the joystick? What is not working, the joystick as unit or joystick buttons?

I was able to fix the problem.  I thought it was a bad switch on the joystick, but the issue was actually with the USB controller.  Specifically, the micro-USB cable that came with the unit was of really poor quality and did seat well in the controller.  I swapped it with another one, and am up and running (I will be posting an assembly tutorial and final product list soon).
  • @T_Flott okay great. Glad you were able to fix it. If want to pursue an exchange let us know.
