@AjayShamma just chiming in. The RTX 2060 does perform better than the 5500 xt. Now you mentioned about the 5500 may not be the card you are looking at previously. Was it the 5700 XT that you were looking at. The RX 5700 XT outperforms the RTX 2060, just an FYI.
