I put this build together for my 1st PC and was wanting to get some tips on possibly reducing cost and if this is a pretty coherent build. Thanks https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=3fcf18bc-155c-4654-a27b-158f22f143ed

Greetings. What is the intended use of the PC and your overall budget?

Its mostly going to be for gaming and video streaming for now, possibly moving into some video recording/streaming.
    My Budget is $800-$1200

Everything there looks good, I would highly suggest getting a better CPU cooler for sure, something as https://www.microcenter.com/product/479166/noctua-nh-u14s-cpu-cooler would work well to keep the 9900k cool under load.

@TyTodd816  I don't think you should pair a Core i9 with a 1600 series GPU, because the CPU takes the load. Also, I would go AMD, just because they are reliable, they have PCIE 4.0, and they have good coolers.
Here is an AMD version: https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder.aspx?load=e42748be-954c-4c32-b20b-562b65bd16a4
    An explanation for the parts:
CPU: This has full PCIe 4.0, in case you want to upgrade storage, your Graphics Card to a better one. And, this is the best value CPU for multitasking. This also ships with an amazing cooler, which I use in my rig. Alternatively, if you want a better gaming one, the 5600X is better, but with less cores, but still better than the previous king, 10900K.
MB: This is the best value motherboard for B550, and is a great bank for the buck motherboard, with full PCIE 4.0 connectivity.
RAM: I would reccomend 32 gigs, but 3200 speed is the best middle ground. If you don't want to get pricey, this is the best option.
GPU: If you want even more power for a bit more, Nvidia's cheapest Ampere Card (as of writing this) is the best value for money (3060ti). It is comparable to a 2080 super, and the FE is just fine.
