Item not being delivered - FedEx support unhelpful - any recourse?

Good evening.
I placed an order about 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't been delivered.
It seems to be making it's rounds through a few Fed-Ex delivery hubs.
I've called their customer support line, but it's just a lot of hold music.
Not receiving any help with their online support system either.
I've lost hope that this will be here in time for Christmas, so I've made other arrangements.
Order Number 141-WO-15089231 - can you cancel/recall this in any way through your systems?

    Greetings. I have opened a ticket with our Online Sales team management to check with FedEx about this.

    Whatever you guys did must have lit a fire under them.
    I received the item late Thursday evening. Not sure what I'll be doing with it yet, but I'll work it out with my local MC location.
