Website says in stock but it's actually not

Your website says this item is in stock as an open-box: https://www.microcenter.com/product/478361/msi-armor-radeon-rx-580-overclocked-dual-fan-8gb-gddr5-pcie-graphics-card

I drove 45min to your store to get it and when I arrived I was told it was not in stock and had been sold. The CSR said "sorry, don't trust the website" and promised they'd update the listing. Two days later it still being shown as in-stock for the open box.

Please explain.

Greetings. I am sorry for the delay, I did get this sent over to the store and it appears the listing has been updated. I am sorry for any inconvenience as graphics cards are in very high demand with low stock at this time, so stock can change quite quickly at our store locations.
