6800 or 3070?

I am stuck, cause I wanna get a 6800 for my USB c monitor, but I have another monitor that is DP/HDMI I bought. Should I pay more for the 6800 AIB cards, or get a 3070 without USB C. Here is my build from micro center, if you need it.

Also, which 3070/6800 is better if the price is ignored?

If you care about ray-tracing, the 3070. If you can do without it, there are almost no titles where the 3070 is faster than a 6800, and several where it's substantially slower *if you don't turn in ray tracing*.  If RT isn't even an option in what you play, you shouldn't even consider the 3070.
