Need Help Choosing Parts

I'm new to building computers and I don't have a very big budget about $700. At the $700 range for gaming, that is a tough place to find a good system right now, with the scarcity of components at this time, sometimes it may be more convenient to purchase a pre-built PC such as the Powerspec G228 - https://www.microcenter.com/product/624825/powerspec-g228-gaming-computer 
This is $100 over budget but it'll get you in a good position.

This is still over budget by $37.93 and doesn't even include the Windows 10 license either.

That is a tough situation in today's DIY PC market but many of us have been there. I agree with @Ian that a prebuilt will give you the best value but will limit it's upgradability so to speak. I would suggest 2 options for you:

1) $650 - https://www.microcenter.com/product/626473/hp-pavilion-gaming-computer - this one is a great option that is under your original budget, before tax, and would allow for upgrades to RAM, graphics card and storage. It even has a current gen CPU.

2) $550 - https://www.microcenter.com/product/625283/acer-aspire-desktop-computer - this option has more storage and RAM but does NOT include a graphics card. In the end you'll be a bit over your original budget but with a better gaming PC. I would suggest pairing it with one of these:
