Need to cancel order

How do I cancel this order, #11788784? I can't find the order online but I've received email confirmation.
Estimated ship date is 1/1/2021 and I ordered it tonight. I can't wait that long for shipping.

I just created a ticket to get that order canceled for you. We will do our best to cancel that before it ships. Let us know if you need help with anything else

Is this a joke? I got a shipping confirmation less than 10 minutes after you "created a ticket." I don't want the product anymore. Do not ship.

I do apologize for the confusion, we do try our best to pull the orders once they have been shipped. I am seeing they were able to do that for you still. I am sorry if you received an email stating the order had been shipped, but I can see this has been pulled before it went any further in the shipping process.
