Cancel an order

I'm embarrassed to say that I can't seem to figure out where/how to cancel an online order - it's still processing - not yet shipped (and isn't expected to for some time).
Order number is 11783094

I just created a ticket to get that order canceled for you. We will do our best to cancel that before it ships. Let us know if you need help with anything else

I also just placed and order that is still pending but does not have an order number yet.  I realized that I ordered the wrong speed of RAM and I need to cancel the order.  You guys do not stock the RAM at the speed that I thought I had ordered.
