Looking to Cancel Order

Support Chat is offline right now, so I hope I may post here for help. I wish to cancel Order # 11789520 because it's not compatible with my laptop. I made the order only a few hours ago and it has not shipped yet. Thanks!

EDIT: Support Chat got online and helped me with this just now. I don't see a delete option for the thread, sorry about that.
