Replacement Plan Return Expired during Covid
I wanted to know if would be able to return a headset who's 2 year replacement ran out just about a month ago. My niece was under the assumption that headsets could not be returned at all as per your website's covid details and didn't go to change it with in the alotted time frame thinking it would have been denied.

Greetings. Unfortunately there is not an extension for expired warranties. You can speak with a manager at your local store to see if there is any options they can provide but this typically is not offered.
