I recently purchased a case for a Christmas present to find out that the motherboard does not fit. It is still in the return period but I cannot find the physical receipt. Can I still return it/be able to get a copy of the receipt even though I cannot find my physical copy? Also, do I have to return it to the micro center I bought it from or can it be a different location?

Hello, we would have the purchase information on file by name, email, card used etc. - so that's fine. You may also return to any Micro Center location as well as long as you have the box and everything included with the original purchase.
