I purchased an i7-9700K and Z390-A PRIME motherboard on 11/12 for myself at the Tustin CA Micro Center, and was almost certainly told that there was a holiday return policy in effect. I actually was gifted a i9-10850K and Z490-A PRIME motherboard for Christmas, so I was very happy with that and took the parts out to return my old stuff. However, on 12/23 I went to return it, I was told that there is no Holiday return policy, and I had to spend $40 (which was my warranty that I paid for) to return my CPU and motherboard, and was only given store credit, minus $40. Now, reading here, I see that the Holiday return policy started on 11/2? Was I tricked by the store rep???
