HDMI port not detected?

I have a powerspec g707. I've done everything suggested to try and check this port, whether the issue was my monitor, an outdated driver, or some other software issue, but ultimately the computer isn't registering that the port is there at all, let alone that there's something plugged into it. The HDMI port on the graphics card works just fine, fortunately - it's the normal port on the back panel causing the issue.

Not sure where to go from here, as I'm not eager to make the drive all the way out to the nearest Micro Center, but I'm not looking forward to potentially having to physically open up the computer, either.

Any help or advice here is appreciated, thank you!

That is normal, this system will require a discrete GPU to operate and get display. Your motherboard ports will not allow you to get display, you would need a CPU with integrated graphics. The 3700X does not have integrated graphics, you would need AMD CPU with the G suffix to get the display out of the motherboard.
