For me, that would vary depending on how you'll be playing. If you're playing at a distance from the monitor, such as from the couch, I'd recommend a larger display. However, if you're playing at a desk and closer to the monitor I'd recommend a monitor somewhere in the 27-32 inch range. I'd also recommend a 4k display so that you're able to take full advantage of the resolution the PS5 has to offer. 

If you decide to go with a monitor, I'd recommend purchasing some speakers as well. Monitors do not typically have high-quality speakers and instead focus primarily on visual performance.
