Winbook CW140

I purchased a Winbook CW140 at Microcenter last year and it developed a dangerously swollen battery which I was forced to remove and dispose of before it became a fire hazard. I need to locate a replacement battery for this laptop which is a Microcenter store brand unit. Who can I contact to find out about availibitly I would rather not go into the store with the current wave of Covid but I need to get this replacement battery.
