How to return product?

I see most of the webpages regarding returns are 404 errors on the website. I tried chat over and over and either its a 4-6 hour wait or it wont load the chat. 
Is a credit card charge back my only option? It looks like it was damaged in shipping. I should not be out anything. 
This is my last attempt to contact you since I have also tried through the chat and Facebook with no response. 
I will be letting Mastercard know and will get my money back, if you would like my account info so you can contact me for your product let me know.
