Service Quality

I purchased a new PowerSpec PC under a month ago and the AIO went bad. I promptly took it to the Overland Park, KS location for service. When I arrived there was a line of approximately 10-15 people waiting due to the fact that only one person was working the registers in the service department; keep in mind this is the week after Christmas.
It took 2 hours to be seen by the one tech on duty at this location (he deserves a raise, and should replace the manager who sat in his office and watched). The tech on site let us know that he wasn't super familiar with AIO cooling systems, and that it would be approximately a week before my PC will be repaired.
  1. The AIO in this model has known issues: https://www.microcenter.com/product/630917/powerspec-g436-gaming-computer check the reviews.
  2. Micro center promotes it's 48 hour repair guarantee heavily for  PowerSpec PCs. If you're not able to honor that then people  a.) need to be compensated and b.) the guarantee needs to be scrubbed from your site.
It's also extremely concerning that people are encouraged to wait in lines like that in your store during a pandemic.
