Issues Contacting Anyone At Microcenter

I have a repair that I was told was to be completed by today. I can check the status online using the Repair Order Number. But, what I'm trying to do is to contact ANYONE from the Dallas Microcenter location. 
The only number that is published to call in is 972-664-8500. When this number is called it goes to an Auto Attendant that says to press option 3 for repair status. 
Well...when I do this I either get silence (dead air). OR I get a few minutes of ringing until the system times out and it hangs up on me. 

So, I try to contact MC through the online chats. No go there too. I click on an option for chat and get a message of "Sorry, we are not online at the moment". And I know the chat options has worked in the past. I've used it before. 

Why does Microcenter not have a functioning phone support?
