HDMI Connection Disables Zoom Function
I bought some new HD video cameras to create a multi-camera live stream. When I connect the camera to the video switcher with HDMI, the camera sends the image, but the zoom function is disabled. The zoom function works when not the HDMI cable is disconnected. I have another video camera that works fine with the same cable and video switcher. Is the problem that I just bought too cheap a camera? How can I make sure to get a camera that won't have this problem?
Thanks!

Hmm. I'm not familiar with this kind of issue. What camera are you using and what video switcher?I'd be happy to see if I can find an answer to your question.
