Motherboard Drivers

when I go to my motherboard drivers there is Intel management firmware, intel serial i/o driver, and intel INF under the same date (6-16-20) do I need all of those or just the top one because they all have different names.

For those, you will likely need to install each driver - or at least the ones Windows cannot install on its own. If you want to send me the link to the driver page you are on, I can double-check which ones you will need to install.

I dont know if you can see my message because i sent a link but its the gigabyte website and the mother board is the Z390 M Gaming

For the Chipset Drivers, I recommend installing the newest versions of the Intel Management Engine Firmware version [2‎020.14.0.1600] , Intel Serial I/O driver [3‎0.100.2020.7], and Intel INF installation [1‎0.1.18383.8213]. It is possible that Windows found some of these drivers on its own but it would not hurt to install the newest ones.
