Apologies, but I see that this order has already been processed for shipment. I will send a request to our shipping warehouse to see if it is still waiting to be picked up by the shipper, however, if we are not able to pull the order you can refuse the delivery or return it to the sender if it is delivered.

Hello, is it possible to let me know if this order was pulled? I don’t see any movement with tracking but my account was charged. Just want to know if I should look out for it’s delivery. Thank you.
