problem with order already
can someone cancel order #11853924 for me please i cannot figure out how to get ahold of anyone and do it myself. i bought the wrong one i dont need it it would be a shame to ship it only to have to return it. -jz

I have created a ticket for this. We currently do not have an option for customers to cancel orders themselves so posting on the forum here works just fine.
I have submitted a request to cancel that order. We will certainly try to cancel it for you before it ships.
