What happened to my order? (#11672827)
On 12/14/2020, I placed an order (#11672827) and received a confirmation email detailing that the item would be shipped on 12/21/2020. It is now 01/03/2021, and I have yet to receive any item in the mail, or any email confirming that the item has been shipped in the first place.
So, my question is: What happened to my order, and why has it not shipped yet?
