Hi - I came by Saturday Jan 2, 2020 - I bought a Motherboard+RAM+Ryzen 9350x. I paid for the POST and when I returned home to Pittsburgh I noticed the tech forgot to put the contents of my Motherboard back in. I do not have the manual and I believe there should be a wireless adapter and some other parts.
How do I go about having this shipped to me?

    Greetings @Alain

    I'll send you an email shortly. We'll get in touch with your local store and sort this out.
  • Hi Mike - thanks for getting back to me - All my info is at home and I am currently at the office.
    I did manage to call the store ( Not easy to find the number)
    I spoke to Bill and his manager is looking into it - apparently the tech claims he never opened that part of the Packaging as he only needed to access the MB. The manager is now looking at surveillance video. I also mentioned that this was not an open box as it did not have a yellow sticker associated with it. This is very dis-heartening. I spent over 1800 at your Store and i am getting the impression that I they will not honor this missing parts?? I am told the manager will call me back before end of day. I hope very much that something can be done for me as this is definitely not my fault. I can't imagine customers are expected to open every box in the store? You would think that part of the POST would be the Tech to verify all the parts were in the MB box no?

    @Alain

    That would be true. Most of those I assume Asrock X570 boards, you'll have a pocket for the board then the accessories are located under them. It's also possible the accessories weren't included from the factory, in which case we'll still need to replace the accessories.

    I did shoot you an email earlier. Please follow up with us and let us know everything was taken care of.

    I deleted your message. I would advise against posting your receipt info and email on our forum. Please reply to the email I sent you or DM me.
