I lost my receipt for a purchase made last thursday, Id like to do a return.

Is there a way for me to get this receipt or make a return without the paper receipt?

Hello @AugustusYu a physical receipt is not required as long as we are able to look up your purchase in our system! Typically, you'll provide information to the cashier when you purchase the item. We use this information to look up your purchase should you lose your receipt.

If you know the information, you can bring the item into the store and speak with an associate to have them assist you with finding the purchase. If you'd like, I can also assist you! Please send me a DM with your personal information that you provided at checkout. Such as first name, last name, and zip code. Another option would be the email address provided at checkout.
