Status on Cancelled order?

I ordered it on 1/3/21. order number 11857874. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Please confirm it will be delivered by end of day today Tuesday 1/5. I looked up the tracking number sent on fed ex website this afternoon and only states a label has been created. I need this by Wednesday morning (1/6/21).  I requested a cancel on the order a few hours after ordering on the same day 1/3/21 finding out it would not ship until 1/10/21 in plenty of time before it was ever shipped. If you can not fulfill this order by my deadline, I need you to cancel the order.

Apologies for the confusion @markmandue. Since you'd requested to have the order canceled we pulled this from our warehouse before it was passed off to the shipper. The order has been canceled and the transaction is in the process of being refunded.

Hello, the charge to my credit card has not yet been refunded as of 1/11/21? can you give me a estimated time the refund will appear? thanks!

Hello @markmandue, Apologies for the delay here. We were able to pull the item from FedEx, typically once we have received the item from FedEx (received the 6th) it requires 5-10 business days for the RMA to be processed. I'd expect that you'll see the return shortly.
