$1000-1200 budget pc- need help

Hello, this will be my first custom made pc, have about a $1000-1200 budget, need assistance onto how to get the best bang for buck.

Not all of the parts are available right now due to the limited amount of GPUs available at this time. However, this build is what I would consider the best bang for your buck at this price range.
