Refund method?

I bought an item with part microcenter gift card from a return and part money on my debit card. If I were to return said item, which payment method would I receive it in?

Thank you for providing that information! Due to the cost of this item, it would be returned to the gift card or split between the purchase methods as it was when you purchased it. It would be at the discretion of the store management.

@LandShark would I be able to get full refunds back to my debit card? The monitor I want aren’t in stock at my local Microcenter. When I returned a monitor to get the odyssey G7 in that order, the cashier told me it’s easier so for me to have the refund in giftcard, because it would be applied directly to the G7 order. Didn’t realize if I purchase by giftcard I can only be refunded by gift card.

@lem0nade With the original payment being split between a gift card and a debit card we typically are not able to offer a full refund to the debit card. However, we would recommend coming into the store to speak with a manager to see if it is possible that an exception may be made due to the unique circumstances.

@LandShark I've returned the product on Sunday 1/10/2021, but the money hasn't appeared on my bank yet. They've refunded all the money to my debit card
